Graduated in Law from Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome with a degree thesis on “Patenting Nanothecnology”.
After graduation she got a Master’s degree in ‘Law and Management of Intellectual Property, Competition and Innovation’ at the same University.
In 2013 she was admitted to the Master’s Degree course in IP-Law “IDEACINA with a specialization in the Chinese market” organized by ICE – Italian Institute for Foreign Trade and she acquired experience in all trademark-related matters.
She has worked as trainee in the Intellectual Property Department of a Milan-based international firm and in 2014 she became lawyer.
Before joining Bugnion in 2015, she has worked as intern in the brand protection department of an important Italian luxury fashion brand, in Shanghai, China.
She is part of “Bugnion Adv Legal Team”, which provides legal support and assistance in the implementation of advertising campaigns, contract drafting and analysis of antitrust and misleading or comparative advertising issues
